Easy Salmon Stew
Without a doubt, salmon is our goto fish when we are in the mood for seafood. This easy salmon stew recipe is a fantastic recipe for those cold winter nights.

Ingredients
- 4 cups chicken or bone broth
- 2 salmon filets, diced
- 2 zucchinis, diced
- 4 button mushrooms, diced
- 2 cups chopped celery
- ½ cup chopped cilantro
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Place all the vegetables with broth into a pot and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Add the diced salmon and simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
