Rosemary Baked Salmon
We love salmon, it is one of our favourite fish to cook with. Try this rosemary baked salmon as it is a simple recipe to make.
You can make so many amazing recipes with salmon. Salmon is very rich in heart-healthy omega-3s. As well as being a low-calorie protein source that’s also low in saturated fat. The healthiest recommendation is eating at least two 3.5-ounce servings of fatty fish like salmon every week.
Rosemary baked salmon recipe
Ingredients
- 2 salmon filets
- 1 tablespoon rosemary leaves
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt (optional or to taste)
- Preheat the oven to 175.c (350d)
Method
Mix the olive oil, rosemary and salt together in a bowl.
Place one salmon filet at a time into the mixture and rub into the mixture into the filet.
Wrap each filet in a piece of aluminium foil with some of the remaining mixture. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Just use an ovenproof baking tray.
