Chicken pasta salad recipe
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cooked wholemeal pasta
- 100g cooked shredded chicken
- 20g baby rocket leaves
- 2 chopped Roma tomatoes
- 20g sliced Kalamata olives
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp olive oil
Method
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, and enjoy. You can also season this to taste with salt and pepper.
