Ingredients
40 Medium uncooked prawns (1KG)
1/2 cup (60ml) peanut oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tablespoons sambal oelek
11/2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh thyme
Methods
1. Shell and devein prawns, leaving heads and tails intact. Combine prawns with remaining ingredients in a large bowl, cover; refrigerate at least 20 minutes or until required.
2. Cook prawns, uncovered, on the heated oiled barbecue, until browned both sides and changed in colour.
