Ingredients
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 1 cup dextrose
- ¾ cup plain flour
- ¼ cup of cocoa
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 150g butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon finely grated orange rind
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Line a baking tray with paper.
- Sift dry ingredients together in a bowl. Combine the wet ingredients and orange rind, then add to the dry mixture.
- The mixture should resemble biscuit crumbs but stick together when pressed. If it won’t stick together, add a little more melted butter.
- Cook for 45 minutes.
