Spicy Malagueta Prawns
This Brazilian flavoured spicy malagueta prawns dish is an excellent dish to get your metabolism to spike. Its got great flavour and is very easy to make, nice and tasty.

Ingredients
6 red chillies, finely chopped
50 ml groundnut oil
3 cloves garlic
4 tbsp tomato puree
1 tsp dried oregano
2 tsp red wine vinegar
2 tsp sweet paprika
3 tsp salt
400 g raw prawns.
Method
1. This easy Brazilian inspired recipe is low in kilojoules. with the chilli and paprika working to spike your metabolism. Split the chillies and roast in a pan with the oil and garlic at 180oC for 10 minutes, Remove and throw into a blender with the other ingredients (bar the prawns); this will retain all the nutrients found in the skin and seeds. Mix the prawns into two-thirds of the marinade and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.
2. Place the prawns on a skewer, sprinkle with sea salt, then simply barbecue until they become translucent. Serve with the remaining marinade.
