Peanut Sauce
Everyone loves a nice finishing sauce or even a dipping sauce. You can now add this Peanut Sauce or satay sauce to the list of tasty sauces you can whip up in the kitchen.

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon of crushed garlic
- 2 tablespoons of crunchy peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of brown sugar or honey
- 1 pinch of chilli powder
- 1.4 cup of water of coconut milk
Method
Place all ingredients in a saucepan, and mix over a moderate heat for 10 seconds (add lime juice if necessary). Whip it up in a jiffy and impress your guests.
