Battuto Recipe

You can make Battuto in bulk then store in the fridge. Along with Tomato Sugo and Slime (yes that’s a name) usually combine fresh vegetables and herbs, that add great taste and flavour.
It is very simple and easy to make all you need to the ingredients and a blender.
Ingredients
Finely chop 1 carrot
1 stick of celery
Chop 1 spring onion
1 leek
1 brown onion
Method
Simply blend the ingredients together well in a blender or food processor.
